The first in a series of free performances, the January 28 performance was at 4:00 and 4:30, in the produce section of Lucky's Market. Performers are Danelle Helander, Kelsey Kempfer, Sean Owens, Celine Cooper, and Tomas Waples. Live accompaniment was provided by Matt Powelson and Holly DeHoog. We will be making a film documenting the interactions and reactions of shoppers and audience members. If you filmed the performance we encourage you to submit your videos to us. The specific times and locations for the following performances will be announced two-weeks prior to the performance.
Spring Project Underway!
We are pleased to announce our next project: Happenstance. Happenstance is a series of performances taking place in Lucky's Market and Diner, culminating in a film premiere and live performance at the Bodecker Theater in the Dairy Center for the Arts on May 7th and 8th. The dates for these performances are: January 28th, February 14th & 24th, March 21st, April 1st, and April 22th. In order to produce the film, we will be filming during performances and encouraging you, the audience to film them as well.
You are welcome to come see us rehearsing in the grocery store from 7:30-9:00pm every Tuesday.
