Modern Technique: Intermediate/Advanced with Danelle Helander

Respected artistic director Danelle Helander provides a truly unique intermediate / advanced modern technique workshop guaranteed to bring your dance to the next level. With an eye for alignment and center, Danelle frees dancers to find their fullest movement. Danelle provides individualized attention and technique-based feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. Classes include a thorough warm-up, floor work and exhilarating choreography.

Modern Technique: Beginning with Danelle Helander
Enhance your stamina, strength and fluidity in this well-rounded modern class with Danelle. Classes open with a generous warm-up focusing on basic technique and continue with original combinations across the floor. Beginning dancers will build an awareness of healthy alignment and movement initiating from their center. Participants will receive specific feedback while experiencing the freedom inherent in modern dance.

Theater Games with Danelle Helander and Eva Vander Giessen
A playful class for anyone looking to expand their self-expression through improvisation. With a devotion to creativity, wit and playing big, Danelle and Eva provide you with access to your creativity to use during performance, public speaking or simply to enhance your social comfort. Participants will gain mental clarity, physical dexterity and a heightened ability to see and be seen, all through improvisational theater games.
